He specialises in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Leadership development to ensure companies are implementing global best practices and are fully equipped to handle the ever-changing landscape around DEI strategy.

As well as being a member of the DEI and You Consulting team, he is a certified member of The John Maxwell Team, a Certified International DiSC Practitioner, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University.
