Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Engagement Management

• Manage client expectations, identifying client needs, responsible for overall project quality and profitability. Ensure DEI & You Consulting’s team is aligned to meet the client expectations – on time, on budget, and high quality.
• Assist in expanding and growing accounts by ensuring excellent client service, identifying new needs and designing new solutions.
• Assist partners with proposal development.

• Design, Implement, and Analyze DEI Surveys & Intellectual Property

• Design and develop materials and questions – including conducting interviews and diagnosis, identifying program objectives, developing learning architecture.
• Effectively team with DEI & You Consulting’s team to ensure materials, surveys, and reports are high quality, on time and on budget delivery.
• Identify areas for intellectual property development, such as new survey modules, assessment and analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with R, SPSS, Stata, or other statistical languages
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and analyzing data from surveys and/or experimental research
• Experience conducting research in an applied setting
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent consulting and client/project management skills
• Outstanding analytical skills

• Recognized as a go-to person for quantitative assessment and analysis and can scope, design, and deliver non-standard solutions to meet client’s needs

• Effective in teams and grounded in change management theories, principals, frameworks, models, tools and practices
• Curious and committed to learning
• Comfortable working with people at all levels of an organization, from C-suite to interns

Languages

• English fluency in written and verbal communication is a must
• Proficiency in French is desirable
