Les Williams is an expert with years of proven experience and success in employment relations, business management, diversity, equity, and inclusion. They are a DEI Consultant and Facilitator and have training in Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC, focusing on international businesses.

Les has an International MBA, specializing in International Strategy and Digitalization, from emlyon business school in Ecully, France. A law degree and licensed United States lawyer; state of Florida. And a bachelor’s degree in English Literary Arts from Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia, USA.

They have assisted start-ups and corporations in achieving their business needs while working in the United States of America, the Middle East, North Africa, and the European market regions.

They are passionate about helping businesses create sustainable practices that contribute to society and the environment. This mission is to help companies step into the digital age with the ability to grow their business, reach their missions, and maintain their values through utilizing sustainable practices.
