Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Juan Ermecheo is a business development expert with a proven record of success in various industries around LATAM, North America and EEUU.

Juan has a bachelor in business administration from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela and a masters degree in international business from Hult International Business School in Boston, Massachusetts.

‘Coming from a multicultural background and a family of immigrants, it was easy to feel out of place at times. This feeling translated to work, when I felt like an outsider because of being the “different” guy in the room. This is how I learned first hand the importance of a diverse and inclusive workplace, society and culture.’
