Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Consulting 
      • DEI assessments of the clients’ companies to understand their current state and take it from there/ strategy and implementation. Use quantitative and qualitative data to help identify and support mechanisms to remove barriers and improve equity and inclusion.
      • Build, manage, promote diversity, equity and inclusion services. 
  • Program Facilitation
    • Deliver workshops, coaching sessions, consulting services, advisory-calls, DEI and You Discussions for DEI & You Consulting’s
    • Concerning the workshops, they may include large and small group facilitation, in-person and virtual instructor-led sessions, assessment debrief and individual coaching sessions. 
    • Currently, programs are delivered in person and in Virtual Classroom Experience (VCE) format using Adobe Connect, Zoom, or Teams platforms in 1-3 hour sessions. Our VCE’s are interactive, with an average of 15 participants per workshop to allow for discussions, breakout groups, etc. Participants are typically part of an intact cohort from one client organization, following a learning journey over several months.
  • Engagement Management
    • Manage client expectations, identifying client needs, responsible for overall project quality and profitability. Ensure DEI & You Consulting team is aligned to meet the client expectations – on time, on budget, and high quality.
    • Assist in expanding and growing accounts by ensuring excellent client service, identifying new needs and designing new solutions.
    • Assist partners with proposal development.
  • Workshops and Consulting Strategy Design & Intellectual Property
    • Design Workshops and Consulting Strategy and develop materials – including conducting interviews and diagnosis, identifying program objectives, developing learning architecture, and instructional design (workbooks, slides, facilitator guides, ppt’s).
    • Effectively team with DEI & You Consulting’s team and collaborate with graphic designers to ensure materials are high quality, on time and on budget delivery.
    • Identify areas for intellectual property development, such as new program modules, exercises or learning activities.



  • Relevant advanced degree (e.g., Graduate, Doctorate or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in facilitation, teaching, and coaching in diversity equity and inclusion related topics
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion workforce, workplace, and marketplace enablers
  • Has an in-depth understanding of clients/industries supported and apply business offerings at the senior level

  • Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging Champion and Advocate who uses behaviors/program development/design theories, principals, frameworks, models, tools and techniques
  • Recognized as a go-to person in a defined ‘major’ discipline and can scope, design, and deliver non-standard solutions to meet client needs
  • Have the ability to manage projects and function autonomously to meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Effective in teams and grounded in change management theories, principals, frameworks, models, tools and practices
  • Curious and committed to learning
  • Comfortable working with people at all levels of an organization, from C-suite to interns



  • English fluency in written and verbal communication is a must
  • Proficiency in French is desirable
