Our Business Developers are responsible for selling our diversity, equity and inclusion Solutions directly into medium to large businesses, working primarily with CEO and DEI Officers. Daily activities will include prospecting, consultation, collaboration, negotiation, follow-up and closing enterprise-wide deals. To have what it takes, you’ll need positive energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to deliver to the highest standards. You’ll need to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will need to immerse yourself in the diversity, equity, inclusion and leadership world and have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, as well as the overall competitive landscape. This role is remote and will report directly to the CEO.


Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute on business plans to achieve quarterly sales objectives
• Proactively identify and strategize ways to capture new critical accounts
• Sell directly into Mid-Market and Fortune 500 accounts
• Position and articulate a vision with corresponding services to improve customer’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion journey
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry, trends, financial measurements and KPI’s
• Conduct meetings promoting our services via Zoom and manage ‘group calls’
• Collaborate with cross functional teams as needed to create effective services/solutions for the client
• Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging services/solutions and competitors



• BA/BS Degree and minimum 5+ years of success exceeding quota and selling enterprise services
• Background in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Learning & Development or Human Capital Management
• Experience in selling B to B services

• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and negotiation skills
• Ability to confidently deliver presentations and engage with prospects over the phone and via video
• Solid understanding of technical applications including MS Office and Zoom
• Ability to work with people across multiple departments and disciplines to achieve results
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional professional presence and strong business acumen



• English fluency in written and verbal communication is a must



• This role is remote and will report directly to the CEO.
